- Purchase Commercial Licenses (Licensees): When you purchase a commercial license, we collect your business information and subscription preferences.
- Make or Receive Payments: We collect payment information including billing address, payment method details (processed securely through our payment processor - we never store complete payment card information), payout information for Developers, and transaction history.
- Contact Us: When you submit inquiries or contact forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your communications.
- Subscribe to Communications: When you opt in to receive updates, newsletters, or marketing communications, we collect your email address and communication preferences.

Information Visible to Licensees:
- Developer profile information and module details
- License terms and pricing
- License dependencies and associated licensing costs
- Support options offered by Developers
License Verification:
- Licensees may verify their valid licenses to Developers or third parties
- Developers may verify active subscriptions for compliance purposes
This data sharing is essential to the operation of the dual licensing platform and the commercial licensing relationship.
3.7 With Your Consent
We may share your information in other circumstances with your explicit consent or at your direction.
3.8 What We DO NOT Do
- We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes
- We do NOT provide your email address to advertisers or web publishers
